Good location. Good breakfast. Clean.

Hotel was in a great location for Soller. Room was comfortable and clean with a lovely view. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great. lots of fresh options.

No lift which was a struggle with the bags. Room slightly smaller than expected.

Nous avons été déçu de notre séjour. L'hôtel est plutôt bas de gamme. La Clim était mis avant notre arrivé et elle était extrêmement fraîche. Malheureusement, l'hôtel ne proposait que des draps fins et pas de couette. Nous avons particulièrement été déçu de l'isolation. En effet, nous avions, d'une part, l'impression d'avoir la fenêtre constamment ouverte car nous entendions absolument tout à l'extérieur ... avec le bruit des voitures, des motos etc. Et d'autre part, à l'intérieur car nous avons à plusieurs reprises été réveillé par le bruit des autres clients qui rigolaient et qui parlaient. Nous avons même entendu les discussions à travers les murs ainsi que les bruits du téléphones. Pas vraiment agréable ...

Établissement très bien placé, en plein centre ! Personnel adorable je recommande :)

The room was very small

La fête du village se trouvait dans la rue de l hôtel. Nous avions une chambre juste au dessus d un DJ , nous n avons donc pas fermé l oeil de la nuit! Nuisances sonores++ et odeurs de cigarette. La chambre n aurait pas du être attribuée !! Pas de nouvelles pour le remboursement de la chambre

Located in the city centre, close to all restaurants and shops.

Very difficult to enter the city towards the hotel. Also no parking available from the hotel itself, had to park a few times outside the city and go by foot to the hotel. They were going to arrange car access in the city for us but after giving our information we never heard back. The room itself is not isolated against noise, hadn’t had a good night of rest (from the restaurant outside and other rooms). The bathroom is very small, no room to deposit out stuff. Nothing to even dry your towels. The hotel also had issues with the warm water. We couldn’t shower with warm water and the staff was very passive to come up with a solution.
