The most beautiful peaceful location. Stylishly furnished and very comfortable. Especially loved the eclectic selection of books. Truly excellent breakfast delivered to us every morning Caring welcoming hosts who were there if you wanted them but otherwise gave you your privacy. We will definitely be back.

"Lovely two night stay, well placed for exploring"

Perfect stay. Living room a good size, bedroom comfortable, lovely sea view. Breakfasts exceptional, freshly baked bread, muffins, pancakes, fruit and yogurt, all brought to the door. Bethan and Keith were excellent hosts.

"Exceptional"

Peaceful location with great views; spacious and cosy lounge. Fridge & drink making facilities. 10 minute drive to Barmouth & 5 minutes to the excellent Victoria Inn. Meals served in the room were very tasty (we had the salmon and the chilli).

"100% Perfect in every way and Would love to visit again"

the accommodations is fabulous everything you need is there the hosts cater for every needs We choice to have an evening meal which was absolutely amazing very homely and some excellent Short Bread biscuits and other day homemade Flat Jacks when we arrived at the property. Absolutely prefect with tremendous views of the countryside Thank you Bethan and Kieth
