Killean Farmhouse B&B

Sehr schöne Lage eines ehemaligen Farmhauses mit einem sehr schönen Garten; sehr geschmack- und liebevoll ausgestattet: Der Aufenthalthaltsraum gleicht einem traditionellen Drawingroom; das sehr gute kontinentale Frühstück gibt es im Wintergarten mit Blick auf den Garten. Das Zimmer war groß und komfortabel, gut geheizt und die Betten bequem. Beide Gastgeber waren zugewandt und freundlich.

Uns hat alles gut gefallen.

Our accommodation was lovely and comfortable. A very relaxing spot. Easy to get to Oban, our next stop. Breakfast was lovely. We were very well welcomed.

10/10 – Absolute Empfehlung! Unser Aufenthalt im Killians Farmhaus war einfach perfekt. Eine wunderschöne, äußerst gepflegte und blitzsaubere Unterkunft, bei der man sofort merkt, wie viel Liebe zum Detail dahintersteckt. Die Zimmer sind geschmackvoll und mit viel Herz eingerichtet – hier wurde wirklich an alles gedacht. Das Frühstück war hervorragend und hat keine Wünsche offen gelassen. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die herzliche Art der Gastgeber: unglaublich freundlich, aufmerksam und einfach zum Wohlfühlen. Für uns steht fest: Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Es gibt wirklich nichts – nicht einmal das Kleinste – zu bemängeln. Eine klare Empfehlung für alle, die in der Gegend eine besondere Unterkunft suchen!

Due to our bookings being cancelled on several island ferry services, we quickly reorganised our travel plans and were lucky to find a great place to stay in Inverary – at the Killean Farmhouse B&B in the Lomond Room. In planning our 3 week overseas trip to Scotland, it was decided to support as many local Scottish hosts on as many of our stopovers as possible – and we weren’t disappointed. Killean Farmhouse B&B welcomed us with warm and wonderful Scottish hospitality. We had very comfortable beds for our stay and were treated to a fabulous variety of breakfast foods (included in our booking price). A great host and a great overnight stay. Thank You.

Room was cold and never warmed up at all during the evening we stayed. In future I think the hosts should pre heat the rooms so we arrive on a cold blustery day to a toasty warm room. We nor the hosts could get the room warmed up.
