This was my first time staying here and I couldn't knock it. The room was lovely. Clean, absolutely lovely. Seaview from the balcony beautiful breakfast and hospitality and so friendly I'll definitely be staying here again next year

There was nothing I didn't like about it as it was an amazing place

Great location. Staff go above and beyond. Lovely room, lovely atmosphere everything you need.

Limited parking but we did find a side street away from the B&B which was free. WiFi was temperamental.

I liked the friendly way Steve and Emma interacted with guests. The breakfasts were lovely 😍. Couldn't wish for anywhere better. Steve's banter was exceptional 👌

The room was lovely and the host made you feel welcolm and was really nice we had a balcony with a sea view

It was close to skegness town center and everyone was friendly . I did like the blacony with the sea view
