The Warren Belfast

Location was great, and overall, the building was nice. The breakfast space was nice with many options, although the only protein provided was Yoplait flavored yogurt.

The shower was VERY inconsistent. Day 1, it was scalding hot and freezing cold; day 2 was fine, and day 3 was only cold water. The only windows to open were skylights, which often closed due to slight rain, making the attic room VERY stuffy. It was not hot while we were there, but having no choice of ventilation was not ok. Also did not know that the suite was on the 5th floor, and we have a young person with a heart condition, so this was challenging for them. If I had only known.

It was clean . It offered a decent self catering breakfast.

It is a little bit out of the way from the main heart of Belfast

Good self check in accommodation , self service breakfast with everything provided. Great communication from staff about check in and luggage storage, great value for money, 3 adults in the top floor room spacious and clean.
