"Perfection!"

What a great place to stay in Windermere. The locations is perfect, our room was so clean and lovely, breakfast was delicious and our host was brilliant. My mom and I really enjoyed our stay at the Haven!

"It was a really nice place to stay in Windermere and it would be our first choice if we returned."

Really lovely welcome from the hostess who promptly organised two sets of keys for us. We had a lovely spacious room and very clean bathroom/shower. The breakfast was very good with very nice coffee. It's in a good position near the heart of the town and walking distance from the station. The hostess has superb local knowledge.

Nothing really - I suppose the porridge portion was a bit small - but I am sure if I had asked for a bigger one I would have been given it. To be honest it is hard to think of any faults at The Haven.

"Perfect spot for an Autumn break in The Lakes."

A fantastic find right in the middle of the town. Quietly tucked away just a couple of minutes walk from the train station. Catherine is a very welcoming host and The Haven is spotlessly clean and provides everything needed for a short break. Great breakfast selection cooked to order. Totally recommend The Haven and hope to visit again soon.
