Very neat

The property was neat and clean which was really nice. Everything was well maintained.

They dont have bins in the bathroom. There’s no hair dryer in the rooms. There’s no fan in the rooms as well

I didn’t like anything about the apartment, nothing at all

I left the place disappointed, No parking, where key is located it’s terrible, and the help I got was below standard. Terrible location too.

I’m Gray’s town centre. Located near a plethora of shops. Had a communal kitchen area and bathroom Facilities.

Though a detailed email was sent out before my arrival, it was extremely hard to find where the access key was. I spent about 20 minutes trying to look for the exact location and despite frequent calls, little help was provided initially. I was first provided with the wrong room key so I opened the door of another guest and then there was some confusion with my booking as I stayed for 2 nights but my key card stopped working as it was assumed that I checked out because an email was sent to me.
