The view from our room was wonderful. We ate there in the evening and the food was amazing, with the waiting staff very friendly and helpful.

Our issues were mainly around communication. We knew we were arriving when the property was closed and had been given details on how to enter the building. However it was not clear how to access the restaurant or reception (no signage) and despite my sending a message in advance to request dinner this seemed to come as a surprise. The staff were all very helpful, but the lady we took to be in charge (sorry if we have misjudged this) seemed aloof and unwelcoming.
