Check in system went a bit wrong. One of the problems with remote management. However was sorted in fairly short order.

USThe location was perfect for exploring lochness, the room was comfortable and the bathroom was large and the double tub was why we booked. The room was missing toiletries but after a quick inquiry they were provided, I appreciated the quick response.
There weren't enough instructions, we struggled with the tub mechanisms. First it wouldn't turn on when it was too full, then when it was turned on with very minimal water in the tub it wouldn't turn off. Some instructions would help guests settle in.
