Angela is an amazing hostess made us feel homely and comfortable made to feel very welcome and relaxed would very happily stay again.

Owner was very welcoming. Nice country farm location. Enjoyed the country style room

Lovely breakfast, Angela is a fantastic host. Place is spotless and cosy. Don't be fooled by the 'lane' down to Heathergate - it's an unmade track but take it slow and you'll get there...

Didnt stay there the road to the property was full of deep potholes i have a mini so felt my car would get damaged managed to get to B and B the house was in disrepair and looked dirty i felt affraid for my safety as it was in the middle of knowhere there was no where to park my car the road ahead was blocked with a tractor so managed to turn round and made my way back through the dangerous potholes there was noway i could of stayed there so had to book into hotel in Tavistock spending £300 but atleast my car and myself were safe.

Angela was a lovely host. The setting is wonderful and the breakfast superb. If we are in the area again, we'll definitely stay there.

Lovely friendly host who was really kind. We arrived on bicycles from the ferry terminal at Plymouth and Angela had secure storage for them and very generously gave us a lift to the local pub (which served great food). Once we’d had food and got our energy back, it was a relaxing 20 minute walk back to a comfortable bed. There was a good selection for breakfast including a substantial full English - just what we needed for our final day of cycling. It’s less than a mile back to National Cycle route 27, so a perfect stop coming off the lunchtime ferry.
