Great room, well cared for, clean, comfortable, lots of helpful touches. Bathroom was clean and fresh. Jayne was great with communication and so friendly and welcoming, we enjoyed chatting with her and the other guests at breakfast. Breakfast was also really nice, lots of choice with cereal, yoghurt, cold cheese etc as well as a cooked breakfast. Lovely spot too, easy for Harwich old town and lovely looking over the park and sea. Overall, a fabulous place to stay!

Uitstekend ontbijt. Jane maakte/bakte na je bestelling. Verder kon je zelf brood afsnijden en beleg pakken. Zelfs kleine yogurt of zoete cake. Eigen thee/koffiepot. Goede bedden. Grote kamer en aparte badkamer. Superschoon. Smaakvol ingericht. Oog voor detail. Koffie/thee zelfs een snoeppot. Koffie ook cups. Fohn. Dichtbij de ferry. 5 minuten rijden. Snel gevonden via navigatie. 2 parkeerplaatsen voor de deur in voortuin. Sleutelkluis werkte prima. Duidelijke instructie via whatsapp

Niets. Behalve dat we "op zolder" zaten...erg warm. 1 klein raam kon open. En een deel vd kamer was erg laag, schuin dak. Paar keer ons hoofd gestoten....

"Spacious, comfortable, luxury feel"

I’ve stayed in a few places when visiting family in Harwich and this is by far the nicest. Overlooking a park and views over the ocean. Very peaceful. Welcoming hosts and a delicious cooked breakfast. My room was extremely comfortable, the hosts really have thought of everything and it’s the little touches that show their attention to detail. Slept well as the bed was super comfortable. Will definitely return.
