"Very pleasant stay"

We had a lovely stay and couldn't fault anything. We went primarily for the benefit of our 2 year old and we were very grateful to Rachel and Robert for letting us feed the animals which was exactly what we were hoping for. The room was great which accommodated a cot (thank you) and the shower was amazing. We had access to a fridge, microwave and TV in the living room which was perfect. Bude is only a short drive away and we plan to visit again and see more of the area. Thanks again for a very pleasant stay.

"Fantastic for kids and close to magnificient places"

What I loved most was the breakfast—it was absolutely delightful! The care and attention they give to children staying there is outstanding. Since it’s a farm, they even let the kids help feed the animals every day, which made the experience truly special

If I had to mention something, it would be the strict rule about keeping the door closed. I understand it’s for security, but since we were in the middle of nowhere, it felt a bit unnecessary—and after all, we’re guests.

The resort was fantastic – everything was very clean and cozy. The bed was super comfortable. The hosts were incredibly kind, welcoming, and very helpful. The food was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of breakfast options to choose from. A big plus was that the host made most of the food herself, including homemade jam and fresh croissants. We were celebrating our little son's birthday, and the hosts kindly offered – for a small fee – to bake a chocolate cake and even arranged an animal feeding experience just for him. It was such a beautiful place, and we’re definitely planning to come back!

Very quiet. Lovely and peaceful. Excellent breakfast. Hostess was lovely.

Hard to fault. If anything the place could have been signposted better, but the directions supplied were perfect and we found it easily
