Friendly host, good location for the parkrun, and quiet. Very spacious and modern bathroom. Very happy with our time there - it was all we needed.

Wasn't spotless - the bathroom bin had not been emptied and there was some dust and cobwebs. But nothing major

Ian was very welcoming and kind. He graciously offered to give me a loft to the wedding venue upon my arrival to Dreamhaven. He gave me advice on what to go see in the area. Nice gentleman.

There was no sitting area/lounge. It was a matter of only being in one’s room.

The big space, the complimentary tea,water and the cure deciraion in the bathroom was lovely.

The amount of dust and the hair left on the toilet seat from previous travellers. I could tell the toilet wasn’t cleaned.

Path panel not secure ,cobweds,you couldnt lock ur door and the pin number dosnt work so if the people werent in we couldnt get in

The room was ideal and just right for an overnight break for work. The bed was very clean and comfy and breakfast was simple but ideal, croissants and variety of cereals. It was also close proximity to the Pine Marten, ideal for an evening meal, which was nice. Ian showed me my room and left me to it.

The front door was a bit awkward but I got it on the morning I left... ask about this on arrival, it'll make life easier.
