Great place and good people.

Lovely b and b with 2 rooms one on the second floor with private bathroom across from bedroom with counter bath. We stayed on the third floor room which had shower room en-suite that had wonderful views from the velux window of fields and trading area for the horses. A hallway off this room gave you a table and chairs if you need a table to work . The property was exceptionally clean and hosts were accommodating, sociable and dealt with our arrival swiftly even though we were early. Breakfast was in the kitchen area with wonderful views and relaxed feeling. Lots of fresh and welcoming choices and you were made to feel part of the family. Would we visit again yes we certainly will and this was a gem of a find which was excellent value for the money we paid.We ate at The Kings Arms in the next village and food and company were excellent However we went on a Wednesday and it was very busy I would recommend booking online

Despite the hosts providing instructions we found the property difficult to find so once you go through Yetminster the property is on the left You can see a new concrete drive and on the right is a dirt track. Turn left and there is a wooden gate with easily seen green knob which you press to enter. Drive straight on what is currently a muddy track with barns on left. To the right is a large modern house. There are 2 spaces which are adjacent to the grass. When you go into the house you take you shoes off which is how the cleanliness of the house is maintained

Breakfast was lovely & great location

Value for money, very clean and tidy, nice breakfast and very friendly owner Keith.

Private bathroom was across the corridor which is my fault I hadn't realised before booking. To be honest it wasn't a deal breaker, the other room apparently did have a proper ensuite though..Slightly tricky to find in the dark but otherwise a really minor grumble.

We were made very welcome. The host was very friendly and cooked a great breakfast.

Bed not that comfy. Couldn't stand up to have a shower. Not keen on plastic kettles!
