Felt like home from home. Extremely well thought about, very clean and tidy. Facilities were brilliant. The owners are so friendly and kind. They’ve really done and amazing job. They’ve thought about everything from he small kitchen area with continental breakfast in the rooms. Each room also had a fan which was needed for this heat. There was even a deck of cards, towels and toiletries. They had even put cake in each room. It felt like staying at a family members house who knows all of your favourite comforts.

The only thing we didn’t like was not being able to stay longer in this occasion due to work. Absolutely faultless.

Great location, with spacious living area. Excellent bed and seating. Well stocked continental breakfast. Good bathroom with spacious shower. Plenty of parking room. Short walk up round the corner to the Royal Exchange restaurant and bar.

The shape of the roof does not permit a mirror over the bathroom sink. The croissants at breakfast weren’t that nice. They were very bland. These are only if I had to be really picky. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

Amazing place and great hosts. It was perfect. We had a great time for our anniversary and our hosts were so kind to book us a table at the local pub. We had a great time and loved how breakfast was supplied for us to make for ourselves and topped up next for next morning.

Repeat visit, and 5he breakfast is so generous, the accommodation is so comfortable, the location convenient for exploring the area
