Chambres d'hôtes Issy-Paris

Location is okay as you have quick access to the metro and can get anywhere from there. The host is a sweet old and experienced lady, and you can practice your French with her. Very cheap but okay breakfast with bread, butter, jams and tea/coffee - no protein, no fruits, no vegetables, no cheeses nor sausages.

Complete lack of comfort and questionable privacy. Shared bathroom among up to 3 groups of guests and the host. No soap in the shower. Very old bedding and one towel per person that is worn out and has residual smells. The host was in our rooms while we were out, moving and rearranging our things despite them being stacked neatly. What completely ruined everything was that we were unexpectedly asked to leave by 22:00 instead of planned 2:00am I informed beforehand. This was particularly frustrating as we had an early flight from Beauvais. The landlady mistakenly assumed we were from Ukraine or Russia and insisted on verifying the rooms before allowing us to depart.

The shower was hot

The property whas old tatty a put you up bed with very old bedding and towels. It was the ladies spare room. Would never recommend this to anyone

No locks on the door of my room and no room key was provided to me. The landlady walked into my room, while I was lying on the bed in compromised position without clothes. There were bed bugs and I still have blisters on my whole body 4 days after my trip and don't know how long these will remain. The land lady ordered me to turn the lights off in the whole house even when I didn't switch them on. She prohibited me from putting water bottle on the table in my room or anywhere in the house. There were no bedside table provided. The room was too small and there was no space even to put my laptop bag, except on the bed. Breakfast was included but only coffee and toast was provided with butter, no eggs , or cereals. Bed sheets and linen were never changed. I stayed there for 4 nights and it was hell. I will never ever book my accommodation with booking.com ever again.
