Malkhaz was a very good host. The location of the house is very good. We were able to walk everywhere. There is an iron, washing machine (there is even detergent), air conditioner, kitchen, hair dryer, whatever you want. We left satisfied.

Прекрасный уютный тенистый уголок в центре жаркого Тбилиси. В шаговой доступности старый город, основные достопримечательности и станция метро. Останавливались в трёшке на две ночи. Номера не большие, но вполне комфортные, со всеми заявленными услугами. Успели воспользоваться и кухней (есть все необходимое) и стиральной машинкой. Хозяева гостеприимные, как и сама Грузия)))

The location is very close to the Libery square, the big Mall and the Metro station. Seems like a safe neighbourhood and the room is a steal for its price. When the drain wasn't working in the shower, the owner came within half an hour and fixed it immediately.

The host was texting us in russian without us speaking any russian, when I asked him about english, they told me that booking has translation embedded. We also has to pay with cash only, which was a bit troublesome for us since we were out of cash and we were not informed about it earlier. Also the walls are paper thin so anything semi loud can be heared.

Posizione centrale, hanno risposto subito a tutte le mie richieste. Dopo 2 giorni hanno pulito la camera. Rapporto qualità/prezzo ottimo.

La camera al piano terra è un po' buia.

It was very clean, comfortable location and very lovely manager.

Walls are not soundproof, but it was not irritating.
