Lovely english breakfast and host made it available earlier for us at our request

Breakfast was poor and owner was rude on arrival room was tiny and toilet was dirty

No working Tv in the room No working heating in the room No working shower No hot water Paid same price as our friends but was told breakfast wasn’t included for us? Our friends had breakfast 🤷🏻‍♀️

Only met one member of staff but he was friendly and very helpful even carried our luggage into our room for us. Allowed me to leave my car with them after checkout while we where busy and they’d moved our car for us onto the drive for when we came back. Really made a fuss of my daughter when we came back from her dance competition which is what we travelled for.

This isn’t a dislike just a little tip off for the owners- would be really helpful to refresh the toilet rolls. One small one doesn’t last long enough. The replies to emails pre arrival were really slow but friendly enough when they did reply.

Everything is not working, the toilet flush is not working, no heating the room is freezing

Very welcoming… lovely people. Hotel very clean. Garage for car parking. Excellent breakfast. Would highly recommend.
