"We’ve always rated our stay as excellent but due to issues raised above, not this time."

Location

We’ve stayed here before and the service and quality of our stay was better then than at this time. It’s now down to guests to replenish tea/coffee/clean cups and glasses supplies in the room (now available in the dining room for collection). Bins are now not emptied nor the room refreshed. We’re happy to hang on to towels for 2 nights.

The value for money was great and the breakfast, location and staff were all exceptional!

A very minor issue was that there was not a plug for charging devices both sides of the bed.

Lovely breakfast with varied menus for continental and cooked. The dining area overlooked the harbour.Staff very helpful. Plenty of coffee and tea,hot chocolate in room.

Had the single room and the bathroom area was a bit tight.Tv channels a bit limited.
