The locality seemed fine, even if there was no guaranteed parking spaces when I returned from work but I did still manage to find somewhere to park

The room was small, the window lock was broken, and the mattress was very soft and bouncy, my room was on the second floor, and the toilet was on the ground floor. The kitchen was also a bit untidy and didn't feel clean.

"Not cleaned and smelly place all around."

Location

Smelly type that didn’t like, it should smell clean! Carpet dirty and smells. Bathroom too old and not clean. Water taps blocked and not appropriate. Tv not working, aerial cable broken and disconnected! Bed linings, in perticular the pillow case was used and it smelled that someone had used and not washed, mattress not comfortable.
