As always very clean, comfortable and l9vely house mates

Nothing except the location

The smell. The mold in the shower. No curtains. Draft off the windows. No heating. Tv didn't work.

There was adequate parking on the roadside, neighbours were quiet, close to Milton Keynes and to a park area. Kitchen appeared adequately equipped . There was a convenient row of shops not far away including a Co-Op, handy for food shopping etc.

My room was on the 3rd floor at the front of the house. Not only was it very hot, the noise from the busy nearby road was loud and constant. I had to leave the windows open during the day to try and cool the room down, despite there being a large fan , which I also used. The shared bathroom was very tired. Toilet seat only secured on one side, and didn't really fit the toilet, so slid about a lot. It stopped flushing after a few days and took two days to mend, not really a problem as there was another downstairs, but may have been preventable if regular equipment checks were carried out. The shower was adequate, but the shower head drooped a lot, aiming water at the wall more than anywhere else, and the water temperature was difficult to control. It may have been because the cold tap only functioned when turned full on if the hot tap was already on. On more than one occasion other guests managed to flood the bathroom, but there were no mops close at hand to clean up. There were a few things mentioned in the room description that weren't obvious and I didn't find - free toiletries, free wine, tea and coffee. There was a coffee machine in the kitchen but no instructions on how to use it. The picture given of the room featured a television, and although this wasn't mentioned in the facilities, so I wasn't expecting one in the room, I was still disappointed to find the wires for connecting one untidily curled up in the corner.

Always great location for bus route. Rooms always clean and tidy. Hassle free

I can't review this property as at last minute I was moved to another property the new property was clean

Being moved to another property less convenient for my stay,the facilities were different IE no TV in the room it had no seal in the sink for a shave the shower was gutless but the main thing was parking in the next street oh and the smell of something being smoked not tobacco that wafted through the window sitting sidesaddle on the toilet was strange. The light was near the door , standard but then across to bed in pitch black no bedside light wanted to charge my phone no power to the socket until I moved the wall socket obviously loose wiring in the socket.It was done for a price I understand that but it wasn't what I signed up for but at that late stage there was little I could do.
