Very comfortable bed, good size room, heated towel rail, great breakfast especially the fruit salad. Vicki was a lovely host and very helpful.

Nothing really but narrow stairs may be difficult for some … although they seem to be par for the course in most B & Bs

Vicki is a great host. Polite, attentive, and kind. Her husband, Derek, is a wonderful gentleman and we very much enjoyed his company at breakfast! The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and cosy, with all the facilities you'd need for an enjoyable stay. The continental breakfast was of great quality and plentiful, though I understand that a full cooked breakfast is an option, if you'd prefer, at an additional cost - but we were happy with what was included.

This was a lovely find - so friendly hosts, superb accommodation and excellent breakfast. Tucked away down the lane it was still handily placed for easy access to the coasts and attractions. We slept peacefully and would certainly return again next time we get to Cornwall
