Great value, good clean room with en suite, quiet, near Chinese takeout. Good communication and all as advertised.

Small thing but the car park - though spacious - is accessed through quite a narrow pathway that isn’t the most relaxing to drive through.

Clean, easy to access, ample parking, quiet, close to work.

The facilities are basic but include everything you need. Includes some thoughtful extras such as shampoo and plates. Very easy to get to and i liked the self booking in.

Only issue was that the rooms were very hot.

The property was lovely and handy for the NAEC where I was going. The staff were very nice and the bed was extremely comfortable.

There was no hot water for the duration of my stay. This coincided with the heatwave and not being able to have a warm wash after sweating all day was rather unpleasant. Also there is literally nothing in the area if you have flown in and are not driving. There is a shop across the street that seems to be permanently closed. As a result I had to walk 30 minutes to a Marks and Spencer in a service station for breakfast and ended up living off their sandwiches for the weekend as I had no other options. If you forget an essential you won’t be able to easily pick it up - there is no pharmacy or anything nearby. There is also not a great bus service in the area so you will be reliant on Ubers and taxis.

The room was very clean .

We had no hot water and had to leave before a maintenance man arrived. We book with a 1 year old . Lots of pointy edges as beds have mattresses that fit inside of bedframe and low level tavles even the kettle table.
