Beautiful location, John was amazing and the property was immaculate. Never had such good room and breakfast i really can't speak highly enough of our stay

Lovely barn with beautiful surroundings. Great location and easy access to Keswick by walking or car. The room is very spacious and equipped with everything you need. John was the most amazing host, who couldn’t have been more accommodating. His communication was very efficient and was always on hand for any useful local tips / recommendations.

I wish there was a higher grade than 10 because this property deserves it!!! The room was spacious and immaculate in relation to cleanliness. In fact the whole property was. I tried both the full English breakfast and the vegetarian breakfast and both were exceptional! The host was extremely friendly and offered us information about the surrounding areas and ideas of things to do and see (like Keswick Market). There is a hotel about 30 ins walk from the property which was where we headed for an evening meal, which was lovely. Beautiful place to stay would highly recommend.

Our stay and accommodation was faultless..I can't think of anything that could be improved upon.The rooms are spacious and immaculate and the breakfast is plentiful and of good quality.The hosts are friendly and informative and we will definitely be returning.

A beautiful B&B in a gorgeous location, John was amazing and helped us with planning our walk up Catbells! Everything about our stay was wonderful and our room was beautiful! Breakfast was delicious and really set us up for the day!
