Our stay was truly wonderful. Breakfast was delicious, and the host was so caring and welcoming, which made us feel at home right away. The surroundings are peaceful and quiet, with breathtaking nature all around and stunning views from the window. We only wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy it even more.

"Delightful surprise"

The breakfast was outstanding. Proper bacon. It is possible that if you were not alive in the 1970's you have never tasted it. Delicious eggs and sausage, all freshly cooked. Homemade jam and very good bread.

Can't think of anything, but it is off the beaten track. You would have to drive to go get dinner. That wasn't a problem for us.

"Great place but hard uncomfortable mattress"

Graham was very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and well maintained. Beautiful location. Breakfast was very good.

The mattress was very hard and unforgiving on my arthritic hips and even though I put a memory foam mattress topper on that I always carry for occasions like this the bed was still too hard. New comfy mattress would make this a perfect stay.

"Cosy countryside"

Lovely private setting away from tourist crowds. Very friendly helpful host, fresh homemade breakfast, small but comfortable room and beds with everything we needed.

Needs a car to get anywhere, no comfy common space...
