Lovely stay. Jason and Melanie were so lovely and welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble. My daughter had called ahead to tell the owners it was my 60th so we had an upgrade, balloons, banners and a little gift/card. It would have been nice to have a bigger TV in the room, and I didn't like the sink in the bedroom instead of the toilet. The shower pressure wasn't great but ok. Close to shops, eateries and beach.

I was made to feel very welcome and the room was nice with a comfortable bed. A good position in St. Annes. Near the railway and public transport. The breakfast was really good with lots of choice and I will definitely stay there again.
