Jason and Melanie are Fabulous hosts, breakfast was great, so much choice! The Honesty box in the lounge was such a thoughtful touch, enabling you to purchase goodies, lovely and clean, will definitely return!

The hosts were lovely people, nothing was too much trouble. The room was very clean and comfortable. We will definitely go again.

Very well run clean property excellent breakfast and the hosts and their knowledge of the area was second to none ! Room had everything you could need will definitely visit again

The owners went out of their way to ensure our stay was enjoyable. advice on where to go and what is on at St Annes. Excellent choice of breakfast. Adjacent to St Annes station so good for travel and linear walks along the sea front.

We should have stayed longer!
