Amanda was very friendly and welcoming. The accomodation was spotless, quiet and completely self contained. It is very well thought out, and catered for everything you could possibly need The situation of the property is perfect with a very short walk into town. Location is great - just a short walk from the town centre. Big bonus is the parking space! The room was comfortable with a superking bed and had everything you need: kettle, fridge, hairdryer, iron, ironing board, crockery and cutlery, TV with Sky. Extras included tea, coffee, milk and toiletries for the bathroom - even Muesli for breakfast which is very thoughtful. I especially appreciated the mirror next to a socket with a chair for doing my hair. Amanda, the host, is very friendly.

My only minor criticism is that the decor is a little outdated.
