"V good - scrummy yummy breakfasts!"

Relaxed. Great hostess - v efficient and friendly.

No one around on arrival and no response at front door - i had to hunt around farm to find someone but it was no real bother - I was slightly earlier than planned.

Good sized room. Good bathroom. Nice and clean. Breakfast good.

‘Private bathroom’ was not en suite (I.e. next to the room in the corridor). That was unexpected. No sitting room and chairs in the room were uncomfortable. Welcoming? Just.

Beautiful Country home superbly furnished and in the loveliest of English Countrysides Spacious room and bathroom and dining room where we enjoyed a magnificent breakfast daily

"Perfect place for my requirements, would return."

Large, period, farmhouse B&B. I had a big room with well fitted en-suite. Huge and very comfortable bed. Situated in St Minver, close to Rock - ideal for my golf at St Enodoc. I particularly liked the very quiet location and working farm atmosphere. The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful (got all my wet golf kit dried for me!) and breakfasts, with lots of choice, were substantial and delicious. I really enjoyed my stay and would look to book again for my next golfing trip to the area.

I can't think of anything I didn't like, but do bear in mind that this is a period property in a quiet location, not a modern one in a busy area.
