Lovely room - very clean and nicely furnished. Jenny the host was exceptionally accommodating and helpful. Superb breakfast freshly cooked to order. Very nice location and quiet and relaxing. Will return again.

Nothing of note

Jenny is the perfect host and the welcome was second to none. Breakfast is perfect and the house was beautiful....would love to visit again. Such a peaceful location and ideal for exploring the coastline and city centre. I can't fault it....

The breakfasts were superb. Great attention to detail, nothing was too much trouble. Friendly helpful host.

Breakfast was delicious, lots of choice

Lovely quiet bedroom. The host was very friendly. The situation was great for cycling, walking and getting to popular beauty spots.

Shower was very weak. Parking area could get a bit crowded.

The location was excellent, near to everywhere we wished to visit. Jenny was very helpful,even from before we arrived, when she'talked us in' as we got lost! Completely our fault!

Cannot think of anything specific that could have been improved.

Jenny, the host, is a very friendly and welcoming lady who made us feel, instantly, at home. The house is charming within a few minutes drive from the centre of Aylsham. My husband and I really enjoyed the fresh fruit salad and porridge that we had for breakfast. Both were delicious. We also appreciated the fact that we had fresh milk for our early morning cup of tea, not a milk substitute out of a plastic tub.
