Very cosy , and thoughtful touch of milk in fridge 😁

It’s a tiny bit of a squeeze if you’ve got loads of bags! ( we were on bikes) however , we love cosy!

Compact, Clean, Comfortable, Friendly, access to the room from outside.

8am breakfast start was a bit late for me but I guess not many people are up so early in the Broads. I had to catch the high tide at Hickling to Sail to Potter so needed to meet my sailing friends early!

Location. Good bar area .Good atmosphere.

Room in annexe was very small too small IMHO. Just bearable for one night .
