Excellent location. Accommodation in quiet courtyard. Bed was very comfy. Full English breakfast was generous and very nice.

Lovely staff & Lovely overnight stay in a converted stable. Beautifully decorated. The host went over and above what was expected. Kettle & Coffee maker, mini fridge with milk. Tv in sitting room and bedroom, lovely clean bathroom and facilities. Exceptionally breakfast, we found the menu for the dinner was a little limited but the food was lovely and very well priced

The room as a little warm when we were there and we didnt realise that there was a fan in the wardrobe, The worse bit was having to come home!

It’s a tiny bit of a squeeze if you’ve got loads of bags! ( we were on bikes) however , we love cosy!

Compact, Clean, Comfortable, Friendly, access to the room from outside.

8am breakfast start was a bit late for me but I guess not many people are up so early in the Broads. I had to catch the high tide at Hickling to Sail to Potter so needed to meet my sailing friends early!

Friendly staff , fantastic food,close to job site where we are working , plenty parking
