"at the end of the world" - who is looking for peace and pure nature - for sure, that is the right place for you here! It seems to be that the area around is a former military site or a former military personnel housing settlement. The longpod we had was some meters longer than the other both pods, but the outlook from the smaller pods is much better (see picture). The building looks quite new and the interior is made from wood and looks really nice. The sleeping bed was comfortable. The journey was somewhat challenging (dark, strong rainy and windy and a very small street) but it was really good explained by the owner per mail. The outlook wasnt that great but the weather too - if you stay here for longer time you should have some books and some bottles of wine or scotch with you...

Somethings went wrong with the booking because we thought we booked another site. We dont know what happened... At the end we where there, it was late evening and dark outside - therfore we stayed there for two nights. The temperature inside was a bit cold and the additional electrical heater couldnt raise the temperature really. After the dinner the temperature was okay, because the cooking stove helped a bit. The children room (2m long and 1,5m wide, with a double bunk bed) was still very cold. The bathroom was also very cold, even the towel dryer was heating - but because of the strong wind outside we also had some wind inside, through the ventilation I guess. The shower wasnt clean and at the sink there was no light (only behind me at the ceiling). The living room had the sleeping bed and a sofa bed, an extendable table and a kitchen corner. The only socket at the sleeping bed was not in operation (no power). The name of the site is"SEAcroft Licensed B&B and Restaurant" - but there where no restaurant open. We guess the fair price per night might be 2/3 of what we paid.

beautiful room overlooking the beach, super comfy bed, big bathroom, lovely dining area. we loved our stay - it was Sarah’s hosting that made it for us.

We loved the neat, well-equipped pod that overlooked the remote beach below surrounded by rugged cliffs and the wild North Atlantic Ocean.

Wonderful spot. Amazing views. Quiet, tranquil, unspoilt. Owners lovely. Food perfect. Would definitely wish to come again

The host was sometimes a bit overwhelming - furthermore the room was very very small.

lovely view from our room / Sarah is a perfect and attentive host / breakfast was freshly cooked and with good choice i suggest to have dinner too as food was delicious
