The Suites at Pannells Ash

Stayed one night after attending a wedding at nearby Hedingham Castle. Booked 2 rooms which were exceptionally clean and tidy, all facilities provided, very high quality finish to the decor. Warm welcome from the hosts, plenty of parking and a lovely continental breakfast in the morning. Faultless and would like to have stayed longer.

Everything was excellent , service from Beverly was spot on, accommodating our wish to cook in the kitchen provided

Only thing would be a better system for booking the hot tub, it was booked all night but was empty for large portions of the evening. Hourly booking would allow more guests access

Absolutely stunning property, really gutted we only booked 1 night due to a wedding. We had no time to truly appreciate!

That I didn’t book long enough…

Bev & James were amazing. So accommodating and helpful. They continually took every opportunity to help improve our stay, from offering us lifts to the nearby castle, to providing an extra adapter to tailoring their breakfast offering and many other little touches. My wife found some makeup remover packets magically appeared in the bathroom. Offering suggestions on where to go and what to see, and being so kind when a charger was left behind and contacting us and arranging to send it back to us. So many things.

Breakfast delivered to the room at time requested. Toast and fresh cooked pastries. Milk, fresh orange juice, butter and jam in the fridge. Tea and coffee making facilities in the room. A selection of breakfast cereals and a bowl of fresh fruit in the room upon arrival.
