Judy was the most fabulous host. Once she had checked us in, she left us to it, but was most helpful & on hand when we needed a bit of local knowledge. The accommodation is set within the most fabulous of gardens. Beautifully manicured & we had just the most amazing sunset, enjoying a glass of wine, before going out locally to a wedding reception. Facilities wise, everything was provided in terms of towels, tea/coffee & wine glasses! The bathroom was lovely & we had an extra dressing room with hangers & lots of shelving storage. At 8.30am precisely, Judy magically appeared with our breakfasts, through an internal Narnia type door!! My husband had the continental with croissant, fruit, yoghurt & I had cereal, with scrambers on toast. Perfectly cooked I might add! The silence & comfortable bedding, made for a really lovely night's sleep, with a fairly awesome view with which to start your day! Thank you Judy. Annie & Tim X

Very thoughtful host. Nice welcome. Very clean. Fridge with milk in.Good breakfast. Lovely grounds. Beautiful walks on Sand Point a short drive away. Well cared for Church, (open in daylight hours) a short walk from the accommodation.

Beautiful property hosted by a delightful host, breakfast was lovely, we chose continental which was very good, cereals, yoghurt, croissants cheese and fruit all beautifully presented.the room was very clean beautiful view of the garden.
