"Great place to stay"

Warm welcome. Large very clean room with tea coffee and fresh milk facilities. Excellent breakfast with homemade jams. Very relaxed atmosphere. Easy to park and find once you continue on past where the satnav ends the property in on the right.

Quiet location away from main roads but still convenient for the Horncastle area and in particular Cadwell Park. Clean & comfortable with friendly hosts. Excellent cooked breakfast. Plenty of good pubs in the local area for food & drink.

"Perfect weekend getaway for some hiking"

Location was very good, quite close by to the Wolds. Liz was a superb host, Breakfast was very nice with a lot of variety. Rooms were comfy and pleasant.
