"Short stay but worth every penny."

Loved every minute of our stay. When we arrived Sally was there to greet us and was very welcoming. Sally made us a pot of tea and a slice of chocolate cake which was very nice. She also recommended places to eat out in and around Pickering. It was the best nights sleep we had for a long time. We paid extra for breakfast and well worth the money. If you want a peaceful and relaxing stay somewhere this is the place to go 10/10 thank you Sally we will be back soon x

Fantastic stay, we only did one night - wish we'd stayed two. Sally is an amazing host. We were greeted with a pot of tea and homemade cake which we took in the garden Summer House. Provided with extensive food recommendations for an evening meal. Accommodation itself and the rural location are lovely and just what we wanted. Awesome breakfast. Great selection of cereals, fruit, yoghurt, homemade bread and lovely cooked options too. Eggs came from the chickens in the grounds - all perfect.

Couldn't find anything to fault.

"Slice of heaven, perfect for relaxation and rejuvenation."

Heavenly spot, perfectly located for exploring the North York Moors and seaside. Incredibly well-kept, beautiful grounds. Sally is a wonderful host, sharing her knowledge of the area to help steer guests in directions they're interested in. Scrummy breakfasts with produce from her garden and hens.

Beautiful accommodation in a peaceful location, with our own separate sitting room and breakfast area, all spotlessly clean. A cup of tea on arrival and an excellent breakfast. Highly recommended, I would stay again.
