"Superb"

Good location good breakfast and friendly host. Curry at the Priya was excellent, well up to the standards of the best in Bradford.

Easy to park outside the property but suspect I'd have fallen foul of the badly explained parking restrictions within Ayr had I stayed longer than one night.

Warm and friendly atmosphere. There was great attention and cleanliness throughout the property. Breakfast is good and is a must have. Karen the hostess makes it a relaxing atmosphere with her can do attitude.

Perfect location, beautiful gardens. Lovely house, great facilities. Karen was the perfect host, nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was amazing, great choice and easy ordering option.

"The best place to stay in Ayr!"

Everything about this B&B is superb! Amazing breakfast. Massive, spotless, comfy room. Plenty of storage. Iron, board and hairdryer in room. Cold fresh milk available at all times. Great shower in a huge bathroom all to myself.

"Brilliant Ayr B and B."

Karen was fantastic, very helpful and accommodating and the room was spotless with a very comfortable bed and excellent toiletries form Arran Aromatics. Situation is great for access onto Ayr beach or into the toon! We left early so didn't have breakfast but I'm sure it would have been as excellent as everything else!!

Karen was super sweet and the room was very big and clean. The location was nice, right near the beach and the breakfast options were great ! Highly recommend:))
