Really friendly proprietors. Great price. In a quiet street close to the bus station and town centre. Very clean. Really nice breakfast

This is a really friendly home from home. There were so many little touches to make you feel welcome. Very peaceful and cosy and there were fresh strawberries for breakfast! I would definitely visit again.

I can't think of anything at all.

"Choose The Adelphi for a stay in Paignton, you won't regret it"

Very welcoming hosts and placed between town and sea the location is superb. The room was spotless, the provision of a dressing gown was a thoughtful touch and the room was very well equipped. The vegetarian breakfast really was so enjoyable, hot and very tasty. I can recommend the Adelphi as a wonderful place to stay if in Paignton

Breakfast was very good, the location interms of nearness to facilities was excellent . Hospitality was very good and the beds were very comfortable.

Nothing to dislike everything was up to standard.
