Breakfast was beyond superb, this absolute gem of a B&B is more than fabulous & Sara is a brilliant host. I can honestly run out of adjectives to describe how lovely this place is.

The room was beautifully decorated and furnished. A very comfortable nights sleep and breakfast was perfect. Had an additional shared lounge with log burner which was nice to relax in.

very lovely old house in a nice location close to some nice pubs and food, nice and warm, large bed and large bathroom, good shower very spacious

I read another review that said about the bathroom, its very nice but it has a very thin wooden door that leads out to the landing and communal tv area, you do feel a bit uncomfortable in there as there are gaps in the door and you can see through and you feel that people can hear every move you make It is a working farm with offices let out so it wasn't as tranquil as we thought but still a beautiful house

Stunning location. Such a friendly welcome. The room was gorgeous and so too was the guest lounge. Enjoyed visiting several pubs in walking distance. Beautiful breakfast. Will definitely be returning soon.
