Good choice including full English breakfast. Quiet location within walking distance of the town.

The kettle. I meant to mention it. The lid was very stiff to open and the flex just a bit short when pouring.

Every little comfort you could think of was supplied. The hosts were most welcoming. The shower supplied nice hot water. The bed was soft and comfy.

"Perfect one-night stay – comfy bed, friendly host, and spotless room!"

I only stayed for one night, sleeping over after a visiting for a wedding nearby. The host was friendly and welcoming, as was the dog! The room and adjoining washroom was clean and had everything I needed. The bed was comfier than my own bed, so that was a treat. I left early so asked for no breakfast.

I have nothing bad to say.

"Lovely little stay in Burnham on Crouch"

Lovely twin room with private en-suite shower room, hosts were welcoming and we could come and go as we please

Everything was lovely, if I was to be picky, I would just say the twin beds were a bit creaky

My wife and I went here to attend a friend’s wedding. The hosts were very lovely and welcoming. They provided a great breakfast every morning we stayed there. I am honestly surprised by the price as I gladly would pay much more for the facilities, housekeeping, and breakfasts.

Beautiful home in tranquil surroundings, immaculately clean & comfortable room, most would say sumptuous bedding (duck feather pillows & duvet) sadly I can’t sleep with feathers as my asthma would flare up so bad that I’d end up in hospital with my throat closed up unable to breathe HOWEVER nothing was too much trouble for the lovely friendly host & whilst we were out at a wedding, she changed all the bedding for us, couldn’t of asked for a more accommodating host & we thank you so much. Bed very comfortable & great shower in en-suite facilities. Tea/coffee facilities in room, bottle of water & chocolate biscuits ❤️Breakfast we ordered the evening before, with choice of time & 2 clean plates later, we then had toast & marmalade brought in. A fabulous find & so much nicer than a normal run of the mill hotel. Highly recommend & will spread the word of your fabulous home. 💛

The property was great and within walking distance of where we needed to be. The hosts were lovely as were the dogs! 🙂 A cooked breakfast each morning was a nice extra too. Would definitely recommend and will stay again when visiting next time!
