Entire Whalley House

Reservation was cancelled around 5.30pm on booking day when about to check in. Very disappointing. I was stuck with my family and three kids. Luckily managed to find a alternative accommodation by myself.

Unexpected late cancellation.

surrounded by local drug dealers, house not up to standard. Once the engineers had left early due to the drug dealers trying to enter the property , we asked for 1 night refund. Not one apology only blaming the guys for asking the drug dealers to enter the property. We were then blamed for mess that the guys did not make ( video sent which did not match how it actually was. Paid an additional £100 cleaning bill as they would not return a wallet that was left until we had, then they tried to send us a bill for a chipped door £150, funnily enough the bills were to their own company Burnley Properties LTD, we refused to pay this bill 🙄🙄

Very First night water leaked from the bath to the kitchen ceiling which cut of the lights which means we have to go out to have our dinner. Second night due to the same issues ground floor power lost.

water leak, power lost, not clean. We need to use the bath towels and collect the leaked water for hours!

When arrived at property it was already occupied. Directed to another address nearby on Travis Street whereby the windows were boarded. Inside the property was unkept, oven did not work. This was a last minute emergency booking and was extremely disappointing.

This property should not be advertising, not fit for purpose.
