Clean, friendly ideally located for my trip

Nothing to do with the property or owners but farmers were fertilising the fields with manure that really stank, but that's part of staying in the country

Had everything we needed. Was clean and cosy. Giles and Mary-Clare were very friendly and helpful. Didn't have to check out early which was a bonus. Within walking distance (5 minutes) of a very nice local pub serving good food in a nice atmosphere. Very quiet location. Would definitely return and highly recommend.

Welcomed by the friendly hosts, Giles and Mary-Clare, and their dog, which was very nice. Great view over the fields from the patio. Comfortable accommodation for our two night stay. Hosts gave us useful advice about local pub & shops. We would book again.

Beautiful setting next to a farm. Room was unique and lovely, with a good sized bathroom and shower. We were able to charge our EV easily (included in the price). Breakfast was very good and ready in our room when we arrived, with yogurt, milk, jams, butter, and orange juice in a small refrigerator. Wonderful loaf of bread was also in the room, with a toaster on the table. We definitely relaxed when we arrived, spending the next day walking around the fields and visiting part of the town, with easy walking directions to The Crown Pub for good, and filling, dinners.

WiFi was outstanding outside the room, but lost much speed inside, though it still worked.

Large bed, ensuite bathroom, breakfast provided was plenty and offered variety, clean facilities

Not advised by hosts there was a problem with check in until I contacted them, only then advised we couldn't check in until 6.00pm. Room smelt musty/damp, asked to remove our shoes prior to walking on carpet but no stool etc provided to sit on to enable this request.
