Clean, modern and had all facilities you needed. Lovely breakfast and excellent hosts.

Only thing I would suggest is to change the mattress’s, they were very springy and quite uncomfortable

Jane was a great host, very helpful and quick to respond. Breakfast was excellent and very filling. Milk and juice were also left in the fridge for us when we arrived which we really appreciated.

Been there once before, still excellent. Accommodating host, who provides cold breakfast within price, with unlimited cereal limited by milk, with orange juice, and lots of tea/coffee. Nice place, quiet, comfy bed, en-suite with basin in room, tv, towels etc. Will be my default in the future.

Nothing much, ran out of hot water. Possibly the heating comes on at weird times, but nothing that an extra layer can't solve.
