"A very pleasant and comfortable stay at a realistic price."

The full English breakfast was cooked well and was presented very professionally. The facilities were very good, including a well appointed en suite.

The property is grade 2 listed and the bedroom windows could not be opened because they need renewing. However, the en suite windows were able to be opened giving welcome fresh air at night.

Warm and cozy room. Lovely shower. Great WiFi. Good tv option. Fantastic breakfast. Best frid eggs I've ever had.

The location was not the best for a holiday booking but I was there for work and the location was great for this. 6 min from my conference.

"Perfect stay"

It was just what I needed after a day of training. The room already had the heating on when I arrived, so it was really warm and cosy. Everything was spotless and comfortable. Breakfast was absolutely delicious and made with so much care.

"Breakfast was the Best"

I stayed in 4 Hotels that week including the Hilton and Rushden Hall, and the Breakfast Colin served was far superior, I would deffo stay again.
