Breakfast fantastic, location excellent and an easy walk into Woodhall Spa. Everything was nice and clean and the host made sure we had nothing to want or worry about. The golf simulator was a nice touch and I managed to use it once in the short stay.

Nothing at all. Compared to other places we have used this was far better than most by a long shot.

Stayed for a weekend, first time but will not be the last. This is a really good set up, a mix of a B&B and a flat, best of both worlds. Breakfast (really good) served in the room but you also get a kitchenette with a microwave, sink and fridge; all you really need for a short stay. Hosts are great, just through the door if you need them. Off road parking at the front door and really close to all you need in town. Definitely recommend.
