Cleanliness, helpful hosts, nice quiet location. Nice appearance from the street.

My next door neighbour during my night's stay!! Loud and likely drunk. However this was NOT the fault of the hosts and unfortunately people will be people!! Very good of the hosts to apologise for the disturbance too, however this was not necessary as it wasn't their fault.

Excellent hosts, Derek and Donna looked after us well. A great cooked breakfast which set us up for the day. We are planning a second visit next year. Thank you C & P.

It is very convenient for the train and bus station in the city centre.But being away from the centre on a pleashant street makes it relatively quiet.I was very pleased to find I had been given an ensuite room instead of room with shared bathroom I had expected.The room was a good size for one person and very clean.Breakfast offered plenty of choice and top ups of tea ,toast etc were available. Had a nice chat with Donna about the house and Aberdeen generally and sampled a delicious Victoria plum from their tree! Would definitely stay there again as a solo traveller.

There was nothing I disliked about my stay there it was just what I needed for an overnight stay in Aberdeen.

The owner of the guest house was friendly, comfortable and relaxed. We enjoyed talking to her. Her husband cooked the breakfast and it was delicious!
