Met at the door with a friendly welcome and a smile. Easy and laid back style of introduction to the property and house rules

Bed wasn't as comfortable as I wanted however that is a personal preference

"Exceptional"

Well situated just a short walk to the shops, bars and restaurants on Union Street. Also easy to park near the Hotel on the pay meters. Nice clean and spacious room and a nice cooked breakfast in the morning. The staff were very helpful and welcoming. I prefer to stay in these smaller Hotels when travelling to Scotland with work rather than the large chains as the beds and pillows are far more comfortable for a start! Room 6 which I stayed in with connecting bathroom facilities was well maintained and as I say extremely clean! Would certainly recommend and will be looking to book again when I'm back in Aberdeen in September.
