Coast B&B

We had a really warm welcome from Lucia with lots of local information. The property is beautifully decorated and lovely and quiet at night. The breakfast was wonderful with lovely fresh berries for our granola and a fantastic cooked breakfast to follow. We will definitely be back.

Breakfast had good choices of freshly cooked food, cereals, freshly chopped various fruits, toasts, fresh juices, tea, coffee. The modern, beautiful rooms and decor throughout, the lovely helpful, friendly host Lucia, and the location - very near all local restaurants, and the sea, good walks in either direction of coast, and near to beauty spots like Beachy Head, Eastbourne etc.

There's nothing we dislike or think that needs improving!

Lucia is an excellent host and made us feel very welcome. She also serves a very good breakfast. Our room was very comfortable with a lovely bathroom. The B&B itself is only a few minutes from the seafront and the local shops. Overall, a very enjoyable stay.

A beautifully kept B&B, decorated beautifully with an eye for detail. Very comfortable too.

Dining could have had the introduction of some quiet background music as it was so so quiet. Parking was a little difficult owing to inconsiderate parking from others.
