The staff was both friendly and helpful, answered any questions I had quickly and was flexible when I need extra assistance after checking out. Accomodation was clean, cozy and comfortable; well taken care of by a staff who visibly cares about their guests. I cannot recommend enough!

Clean and comfortable Good communications

Breakfast and location were as expected, as we have stayed at Glen View before. This was part of the reason we booked the accommodation.

A couple of cracked tiles in the bathroom.

Beautiful house, nicely designed and decorated interior, spacious room and good selection of continental breakfast in room. Restaurants, shops and the pier are just within mins of walk.

(1) Maybe it’s because of the season, there are quite a lot of insects around that area. If you open the window, some of them would for sure fly in. (2) In addition, I stayed in the balcony room on the second floor, and I can clearly hear the creaking noise coming from the rooms downstairs. It happened my neighbour down there still walking around at late night so the noise was quite annoying and affected my sleep. (3) to check in, your personal information must need to be uploaded to hotels.uk.com although I booked it through booking.com. I’m not super comfortable with that for data privacy concerns. I understand probably not everyone would have the same concerns.
